I get that there is a level of informality between Muslims, but it really irks me when Muslim organizations and figures ignore internet rules and ethics. Here's a short list:
Should Twitter offer a general amnesty to suspended accounts, provided that they have not broken the law or engaged in egregious spam?
It is generally accepted among online community management experts that permanent bans are in fact a bad idea.
